Cost and payments
There are three excursion providers delivering programs at the Wollongong Botanic Garden and Puckeys estate.

Excursion costs vary depending on the provider, these are listed in the program pages. Prices are per student are valid until the end of the 24/25 financial year. Accompanying adults are free.
Most providers require payment up front via credit card. If you are not able to pay before your excursion, a purchase order number is required so we can send the invoice to EDConnect, to be paid before attendance.
Once payment or a PO is provided a confirmation will be issued, along with excursion risk assessments covering safety for excursions activities.

Excursion cancellations and weather
Excursions are run entirely outdoors. Most programs can still go ahead in light rain. Please make sure students, teachers and accompanying parents wear appropriate wet weather clothes and shoes.
Excursions may need to be cancelled or postponed in heavy rain, storms or high winds.
