Cost and payments
Excursion costs are $14.50 per student unless otherwise advised. Accompanying adults are free.
In line with new Education Department policy, we ask that you pre-pay for your excursion by credit card.
An invoice will be emailed to you as soon as we have confirmed your excursion date and you have confirmed your numbers. Please note, we cannot change attendance numbers after an invoice has been generated.
If you are not able to pay before your excursion, you will need to send us a purchase order number so we can send the invoice to EDConnect, to be paid before attendance.
Once payment is made we will issue a confirmation, along with Council risk assessments covering safety for excursions activities.
Excursion cancellations and weather
Excursions are run entirely outdoors. Most programs can still go ahead in light rain. Please make sure students, teachers and accompanying parents wear appropriate wet weather clothes and shoes.
Excursions may need to be cancelled or postponed in heavy rain, storms or high winds.
