There will also be a botanic art sale by the Friends of Wollongong Botanic Garden and a fun Garden Golden Gumboot toss competition.
All activities will be suitable for all ages.

Food and beverages
Our onsite coffee van, Pani Cafe will be open from 9am to 4pm near the playground (map ref P2) so you can pick up a drink or snack to enjoy during your visit to the Garden.
Indulge in some freshly made Turkish Gozleme, with your choice of spinach, cheese, mushroom, or minced meat fillings. Baklava and Turkish Delight will also be available for those seeking a sweet treat. You'll find them on the Turpentine Lawn (map ref O6).
OMG Decadent Donuts will also be at the event with their delicious gluten, dairy, egg and nut free donuts. You'll find them on the Turpentine Lawn (map ref O6).
Plan your visit
The main hub of activity will be around the Garden's Education Centre, but there will be a range of activities scattered throughout the Garden!
- Public Transport: The best way to arrive is via public transport with the free shuttle bus stopping at Northfields Ave and connecting to North Wollongong train station.
- Driving: A limited number of car spaces are available at our car parks off Madoline Street or Murphys Avenue, or street parking is also available.
- Cycling: we have a number of bike racks at Garden entrances.
