A range of lawn areas are available for approved activities, subject to availability and site suitability. Requirements
Commercial operators must:
- Hold current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $10 million
- Comply with the Botanic Garden's commercial activity provider booking terms and conditions
- Complete any required endorsement and safety processes before commencing activities
Hire fees
Approved commercial activities are charged a participant fee of $3.90 per participant, per session.
Enquiries and bookings
Applications are assessed based on:
- Suitability of the proposed activity
- Location availability
- Group size and operational requirements
- Alignment with Garden values and visitor experience
