Bees Wax Wraps Workshop

When:
21 November 25 - 21 November 25 4pm

Celebrate National Recycling Week by joining our hands-on workshop where you’ll transform your old favourite cotton clothes into beautiful, personalised beeswax wraps - a sustainable alternative to single-use plastic and a perfect gift idea!

During the workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How to make your own reusable beeswax wraps
  • Safe techniques for working with hot wax and rotary cutters
  • Creative ways to upcycle old cotton items into something practical and eco-friendly

Simply bring along an old cotton item such as jeans, a non-stretch shirt, or a tablecloth to upcycle.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Anyone passionate about sustainability and reducing waste
  • Creative minds who love DIY projects and crafting
  • Those looking for unique, eco-friendly gift ideas
  • Families with teens (ages 12+) who want to learn a fun, practical skill together

Activities are suitable for people ages 12 years and older. Please note, we will be using hot bees wax and using rotary cutters
