Nature Fix Wellness Walk

When:
18 May 26 - 24 May 26 7am

The Garden is a healing place. To help you connect to nature we've installed this wellness trail, designed to help you improve your general wellbeing. Drop into the Garden to slow down and spend more meaningful time in nature.

The self-guided trail starts at the south-west corner of the Turpentine Lawn (near the Education Centre) with seven short sensory exercises along the way. You can choose to just do one, a few or all exercises. It’s totally up to you!

Download the free Nature Fix app to find out where the exercise are or follow the instructions on the Nature Fix signs scattered throughout the Garden.
