Events and celebrations

People hiring our spaces must follow NSW Public Health Orders at all times and have a COVID Safety Plan in place if required.

Rules for gatherings and events can change at short notice, and we may be required to change or cancel your booking to meet any restrictions in place at the time of your booked activity. We will discuss this with you if the situation arises.

Hold your next private event or celebration at the Botanic Garden!

The Garden has many beautiful spaces suitable for christenings, birthday parties, bridal showers, and more.

You will need to book a Garden space if you need exclusive use of part of the garden (fees apply), or are using a third-party supplier of any kind.

Please call (02) 4227 7667 or email us to discuss your event and check available sites within the Garden. Once a date and location has been reserved, please complete this Private Event Booking form.

Alternatively, if you’re flexible about the location for your event, you will not need to book a space.

Organising a larger community or corporate event?
